Healthcare and pharma clients all hope to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. Malekeh Amini is poised to change the entire paradigm of how mental health issues are diagnosed and managed.
Malekeh is founder and CEO of Trayt Health, a technology company enabling programs across the country that are expanding access to mental health care services. And while Malekeh and her team are supporting behavioral health access programs, the Ritz team is focused on supporting them.
“We’re excited about the opportunity to work with Trayt,” says Elisabeth Ritz. “The relevance and impact of their efforts to transform behavioral health care is motivating on a personal and professional level; so many of us are touched by this issue today.”
In founding Trayt Health, Malekeh drew upon her own experience navigating the behavioral health care system as a parent. She set out to build a platform that addressed the frustrations and disappointments of seeking care from an incredibly complex medical and behavioral health care system. As it turned out, the technology she designed was also uniquely suited to connect institutions and coordinate care services across entire states.
For the last year and a half, Ritz has been on the road with Malekeh and Trayt, facilitating media interviews, designing their trade show presence, and refining their messaging.
“Ritz has given us the language to tell our story,” Malekeh says. “Healthcare technology can be incredibly complicated, but at the end of the day, it’s about solving problems. Ritz taught us how to clear away the complexity and stay focused on the problems we are solving.”
The message is most definitely resonating—with the media, with potential clients, and with the behavioral health care industry as a whole. Malekeh often addresses standing-room-only crowds, alongside leading mental health professionals, on topics such as access to care, social determinants of mental health, and maternal mental health.
“We have brought messaging, marketing, design and media capabilities to Trayt as they have expanded their reach to critical audiences throughout the mental healthcare market,” says Elisabeth Ritz. “We work as their marketing communications department helping to develop strategy and tactics ensuring they have an immediate and significant impact among their target audiences.”
